La cellule « Personnes âgées », en collaboration avec la Fondation Contre le Cancer vous invitent à participer à leur grande journée du 8 septembre 2018. Formez-vous aux difficultés rencontrées par la personne âgée ayant souffert ou souffrant d’un cancer et soignée à domicile. Le fil rouge sera le trajet de soins oncogériatrique. Ouverte aux intervenants de première ligne (médecins généralistes, pharmaciens, infirmiers, kinésithérapeutes, ergothérapeutes, etc.) comme de deuxième ligne (gériatres, oncologues, hématologues, infirmiers, coordinateurs de soins, etc.), la formation est interdisciplinaire. Nous veillerons à mettre en avant les bienfaits et les difficultés de la collaboration dans les soins du patient.
